ServiceNow Developer

• Analyze business and program requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, including Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Service Center solutions.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Scheduled Jobs, and other platform components.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs to support system interoperability and data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments to deliver enhancements and new functionality.
• Support web application development initiatives utilizing Angular and JavaScript technologies.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with software testing, validation, deployment, and production support activities.
• Analyze and improve business processes associated with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ServiceNow platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, status reports, and process documentation.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support program management activities including requirements gathering, risk identification, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal policies, security requirements, and organizational standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting federal government programs or consulting engagements.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, administration, and platform configuration.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow HRSD implementation or development experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale federal IT modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL practices, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems.
