Job description

  • Work with the onsite team to determine needs and customize existing technology to meet requirements.
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
  • Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Document and report on application specifics.
  • Create technical specifications and test plans.
  • Develop automation test cases using automation tools.
  • Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
  • Provide Story Point estimates and design.
  • Review code and ensure governor limits are considered.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Education: A degree in a relevant field such as B.E., B. Tech, M.E., M. Tech, BSC, MSC, BCA, or MCA, preferably with an IT or CS specialization.

Experience: 6-10 years of professional experience, including at least 6-8 years on the salesforce.com platform. Experience with at least 3-4 implementations for large enterprises involving significant customizations is required. Work experience with Mule or ETL integration, with knowledge of at least 3 to 4 integrations, is necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Salesforce (SFDC), Mule ESB, and Automation Testing.
  • Experience with the salesforce.com technical platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visual force, and advanced components like the Chatter API.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices for design and development.
  • Experience using automation tools to develop automation test suites.
  • Deployment experience using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API.
  • Experience building integrations and interfaces using the SFDC Web Services API., * Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification or higher.
  • Extensive experience working in a Safe Agile framework and an onsite/offshore model.
  • Experience with projects based on Agile/XP methodologies.
  • Strong problem-identification and solving abilities.
  • Understanding of Credit Underwriting Technologies.
  • Knowledge of nCino.
  • Knowledge of ETL-Informatica.
  • Experience with Lightning implementations.
