Epic Systems Analyst Payer Platform

• Analyze business requirements and design Epic solutions.
• Configure, build, test, implement, and support Epic Payer Platform applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
• Analyze and optimize workflows and user experience.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Lead or contribute to medium-to-large Epic projects.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.

We are seeking a Sr. Epic Systems Analyst with strong experience in Epic Payer Platform applications. This role will be responsible for system analysis, configuration, implementation, testing, support, and workflow optimization., * Bachelor s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.

• 5 7+ years of Epic systems experience.
• Epic Application Certification/Accreditation required.
• Hands-on experience with Epic configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Healthcare industry experience required.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of Epic Payer Platform experience.
• Experience with Payer Platform Core, Member Experience, or Tapestry.
• Healthcare payer/insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Project management experience.
