Epic Systems Analyst

Bachelor’s degree.

5-7+ years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.

Epic Application Certification/Accreditation.

Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks.

Excellent customer service skills.

Critical thinking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Knowledge of project management principles.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a relevant field; 5 years healthcare industry experience, preferably in the insurance segment, in lieu of degree.

Epic certification in one or more Payer Platform modules (e.g., Payer Platform Core, Payer Platform Member Experience, Tapestry) strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Epic Payer Platform solutions in a healthcare setting.
