Job description
- Provide Tier II and enterprise-level support for HRIS and related business applications
- Serve as a primary technical resource for UKG Pro administration, support, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Support and maintain HR system integrations and workflows across multiple platforms
- Assist with configuration, upgrades, testing, and deployment of new HRIS functionality
- Troubleshoot application, transaction, and performance-related issues
- Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and improve processes
- Monitor system performance and ensure application stability across development, testing, and production environments
- Support reporting, data validation, and audit processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and support procedures
- Provide user training and ongoing support for HR systems
- Act as a lead resource within the application support team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist III - HRIS to support, maintain, and optimize critical HR technology systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on HRIS professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills and extensive experience supporting enterprise-level HR applications in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience with UKG Pro (required) and experience supporting ADP platforms (preferred). This position will serve as a key resource for HR systems administration, integrations, application support, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or related field preferred, * 8+ years of experience in application support, systems administration, or systems integration
- Hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro is required
- ADP experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms and business-critical systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and relational databases
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, VB, T-SQL, or similar tools preferred
- Experience supporting Tier II and enterprise-level environments, * Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in complex environments with minimal direction
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of HR workflows, business processes, and system integrations
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support and mentor team members, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

- IT Analyst (Tier III) : 2 years (Required)
- HRIS IT Analyst : 2 years (Required)
