We are expanding their engineering teams and looking for exceptional iOS + Flutter Developers who want to work on complex, meaningful products with real-world impact. • Take early ownership of high-quality, end-to-end software delivery.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to deliver products and projects together.
• Challenge existing systems and processes to drive innovation and technical excellence.
• Stay up to date with industry and technology trends to keep the organisation at the forefront.

• Excellent programming skills and strong experience in object-oriented development.
• Extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Passion for technology and enthusiasm for working in integrated, high-performance teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, initiative and a drive to solve complex problems.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle development from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Financial Services experience is a plus, but not required.
• A minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science or related field, ideally from a top-tier university, plus strong A-Levels (or international equivalents).
