• Ability to manage full lifecycle development from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Financial Services experience is a plus, but not required.
• A minimum 2: 1 degree in Computer Science or related field, ideally from a top-tier university, plus strong A-Levels (or international equivalents) .
