IT Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Transformation team and lead the successful delivery of strategic technology projects, starting with the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

The Role

Reporting into the Transformation Programme, you’ll lead end-to-end system implementation projects, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with senior leaders and the opportunity to present progress, risks and recommendations directly to the Executive Committee.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering technology-enabled change that supports business growth, efficiency and operational excellence., * Lead the delivery of large-scale system implementation projects, including the HRIS programme.

• Manage multiple project workstreams across the wider Transformation portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports and Statements of Work.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies and project risks.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to governance groups and the Executive Committee.
• Manage the successful transition of projects into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tools and best practices.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of organisational change, enhancing scalability, efficiency, and agility across the business., You’ll be a proactive and collaborative project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering business change through technology., * Proven experience delivering vendor-led system implementation projects within medium-sized organisations.

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms such as HR, Finance, CRM or Case Management systems.
• Strong project management expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and risk management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira and Microsoft Office.
• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering or process mapping, would be advantageous., * PRINCE2 certified or equivalent (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile, MSP or DSDM)., * Strong organisational and time management skills.
• MS applications, Jira project management and MS project planner
• Prince-2 certified or equivalent project/programme management certifications (Prince-2 Agile, DSDM, MSP)
