Job description

Gi Group are recruiting on behalf of a global life sciences company providing products and services used across scientific research, healthcare, and industrial laboratories. We’re looking for a highly organised Depot Support Administrator to support depot billing and data administration across a third-party depot network.

This is a remote role on a 6-month contract, with the business based in Horsham RH12.

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, with a strong focus on billing support and accurate data entry. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Global Third-Party Depots, with a dotted line to the Team Leader (Depot Billing) and the Depot Portfolio Manager.

Depot Support Administrator Key responsibilities:

  • Perform basic billing tasks, including taking vendor costs and producing billing sheets to support client billing
  • Excel data entry, including using and maintaining formulas
  • Input depot vendor activity into internal and client-facing systems (inventory and distribution activity)
  • Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete and handled with high attention to detail
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good customer service and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Able to keep information organised and confidential
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Very high attention to detail is essential
  • Quick learner, able to pick up internal systems and processes quickly

Education / background:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5-7 years’ experience required
  • Logistics / Supply Chain understanding is beneficial (not essential)
  • Basic finance understanding is beneficial

Compliance / screening requirement:

  • 5-year activity history (including any gaps)
  • Personal references may be requested as part of the process
