SQL Developer

• We lead the design, development, and optimisation of SQL Server database solutions.
• We develop and optimise complex T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• We troubleshoot database performance issues, including query optimisation, blocking, and deadlocks.
• We support database security, backups, recovery, and high availability solutions.
• We work with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• We provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

• Cloud, We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Developer to take ownership of a critical SQL Server environment and play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising database solutions. This is an opportunity for a strong SQL professional to influence technical direction, improve database performance, support business-critical systems, and mentor other developers. You will work within a collaborative technology team and help improve SQL capability across the business. • We require 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server development.
• We require strong T-SQL skills and experience with SQL Server 2019+.
• We require experience designing relational databases and data models.
• We require a background working with high-volume transactional databases.
• We require experience with ETL processes, such as SSIS or similar.
• We require strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning and execution plans.
• We require experience with SQL Server Agent, backups, disaster recovery, and security.
• Exposure to Azure SQL Database or Azure SQL Managed Instance is desirable.
