Job description
- We automate, provision, and manage public and on-prem cloud infrastructure, including containerized and virtualized systems.
- We plan, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and repeatable delivery of complex distributed systems across a global network of data centres.
- We collaborate in cross-functional teams to automate deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and support new product initiatives.
- We champion Infrastructure as Code principles using tools like Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, and Chef.
- We drive observability and reliability through monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- We foster innovation and continuous improvement by adopting new tools and practices to increase efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
- We write hands-on automation code in Go Lang.
- We partner with stakeholders to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives, including uptime, deployment velocity, and cost efficiency.

Requirements
- We have 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and DevOps roles, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- We have a strong Linux systems administration background.
- We have deep familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- We have proven experience with container orchestration and tooling such as Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker Compose.
- We have hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, and Chef.
- We have a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- We are proficient in scripting and programming such as Bash, GoLang, Python, and Ruby.
- We have experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- We have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Product, Developers, and Operations teams.
- We demonstrate an ownership mindset, prioritization skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
