Requirements

  • We require either current DV clearance, or SC clearance with eligibility to undertake DV clearance.
  • We require experience in a third-line capacity within Managed Services, providing specialised support across Windows Server platforms.
  • We require excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to make key technical decisions independently.
  • We require excellent communication skills.
  • We require strong prioritisation and task management skills.
  • We require experience with Active Directory, including GPOs, forests, domains, domain controller roles, DNS, permission models, delegation, trust relationships, LDAP, and Kerberos.
  • We require experience with VMware/VxRail.
  • We require experience with DHCP.
  • We require experience with Exchange 2019/SE.
  • We require experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025, including Server Core.
  • We require experience with Skype for Business 2019/SE.
  • We require experience with Windows 10.
  • We require experience with core Windows infrastructure components, including DHCP and Windows failover clustering.
  • We require experience designing, developing, and deploying technologies on Windows platforms.
  • We require experience with PKI and certificate management.
  • We require experience with Quest Tools, including Active Roles, Change Auditor, and Recovery Manager.
  • We require experience with anti-virus technologies, including McAfee ePO, ENS, VSE, HIPS, and DLP.
  • We require scripting experience, including PowerShell and VB.
  • Desirable experience includes Citrix technologies, virtualization technologies, messaging technologies, Ivanti Device Control, SecureEnvoy 2FA, Nexthink, and Trelix ePO.
