IT Support Analyst

A friendly, close-knit MSP based near Cambridge are actively looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their growing service desk team. Work is primarily based from their Service Desk, with onsite customer visits required when needed across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas., Here you will be joining a supportive team that has heavily invested in Service Desk automation to streamline daily tasks, giving you more time to focus on building strong customer relationships. There’s also the opportunity to join the project team, supporting and implementing large-scale IT and infrastructure projects. With an unrestricted training budget, there’s plenty of opportunity to progress and develop your career within a growing company.

With this opportunity, you will achieve:

• Starting salary up to £32,000 (DoE)
• 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), rising to 28 after 3 years - plus your birthday off

• Proven experience in a IT support role within an MSP
• Proficiency supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments
• Basic networking understanding, including network maintenance and monitoring
• Working knowledge of servers and key functions such as Active Directory and GPO
• Working knowledge of software deployment and management systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Desirable: firewall configuration, VLANs and subnetting, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Hyper-V/VMware
