IT Technician - High-Achieving School in Liverpool

A high-achieving school in Liverpool is seeking a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join its support team on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start.

The successful IT Technician will provide day-to-day technical support across the school, helping to maintain IT systems, equipment and infrastructure. You will work closely with staff and students to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively., * Providing first-line technical support to staff and students

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Supporting the installation and maintenance of IT equipment
• Managing and responding to technical support requests
• Assisting with the upkeep of school networks and systems
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school’s IT provision

• Previous experience in an IT support or technician role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of hardware, software and network systems
