Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology.
- 3+ years of professional Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience in a production facility.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with common measurement equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Proven experience troubleshooting analog, RF, and/or digital circuits, including identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Component and/or system-level troubleshooting experience, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems at multiple levels of complexity.
- Ability to interpret test requirements, electrical test results, and technical data, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, with the willingness to comply with all applicable security regulations and procedures.

- Possesses comprehensive understanding and applies concepts within the field and related disciplines. Demonstrates knowledge of industry and company practices.
- Experience with automated test systems and manufacturing processes, including familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed failure analysis and identify root causes of complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement root cause and corrective actions, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Programming skills in languages such as C, C++, and/or other relevant programming languages, with the ability to apply programming principles to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience with National Instruments software platforms, including LabWindows CVI, TestStand, and LabView, with the ability to develop and implement automated test systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.
