  • Identify gaps in merchant tooling, Seller Center functionality, and API coverage, and drive prioritization of new capabilities such as exchanges, reshipments, advanced dispute handling, and other after-sales workflows.
  • Define business and operational requirements for new API features and integrations, translating merchant pain points and market insights into scalable platform solutions.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with ISV partners, developing a deep understanding of their workflows, operational challenges, and integration needs.
  • Design and execute pilot programs with ISV partners to validate new integration models, workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • Monitor ecosystem health and partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate US market insights and merchant feedback into actionable recommendations for global Product and platform teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Merchant Success, Customer Service, and Operations teams to drive API and ecosystem initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Represent the US market perspective in global discussions and contribute to long-term seller platform and ecosystem strategy development.
