IT Operations Technician

As a Line Attendant, you will play a crucial role in assisting machine operators by handling Goat Cheese blocks and preparing them for packaging. This involves rolling the cheese in fruit, nuts, or flavors and ensuring the finished rolls are efficiently loaded onto packaging lines. You will be responsible for lifting boxes onto pallets, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring the cheese is properly shredded and packaged. Responsibilities

• Lift up to 40lbs consistently throughout the day onto conveyors and tables.
• Perform visual inspections of cheese to ensure no plastic remains before shredding.
• Use sharp tools to remove plastic from cheese blocks.
• Bag shredded cheese into designated portions.
• Attach labels as required.
• Comply with GMP standards, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes.

The work environment is located at the Franklin facility, operating during third shift hours starting at 10:00pm. You will work in a GMP facility where PPE is required, including hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes. The temperature is maintained at 55 degrees, offering a comfortable setting. Note that jewelry, fake/long nails, and fake eyelashes are not permitted, and the campus is entirely smoke-free. The role includes working with nuts. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI. Pay and Benefits
