Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with a strong hands-on development background. This role is strictly technical (not functional) and focuses on integrations, reports, data conversions, extensions, and customization for a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation., * Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, extensions, and data migrations

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and design RICEW objects
• Build inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Perform data conversions using HDL, HCM Extracts, UCM, and MFT
• Customize and personalize HCM pages using sandbox environments
• Support HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management
• Lead technical development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities
• Maintain documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices

• 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer
• 7+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, TA, TM, Benefits, Retirement)
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• 7+ years building OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Strong experience with SQL / PL/SQL
• Experience leading or supporting multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations
• Experience training and mentoring technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Python scripting experience
• Experience with ATP, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, and SFTP
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
• Consulting or systems integrator background
• Familiarity with Redwood Pages, OGL, and Recruitment Booster
