Systems Analyst Manhattan Active Omni

• Configure and maintain the DOM and EOM order lifecycle, including sourcing and availability/ATP, order routing, fulfillment networks, returns (credit, exchange, stock, in-store), and order status across stores, distribution centers, and final-mile hubs.
• Support order entry for all channels, including ecommerce, store/POS, Trade, Contract, and corporate, including make-to-order custom furniture, configurable SKUs, kits, and non-stock/reserved orders.
• Design and maintain supporting MAO extensions, holding each to a challenge-first standard: prove base MAO cannot meet the need through configuration, and that MAO is the correct home versus another system in the architecture.
• Support SCI, Manhattan’s reporting and analytics tool, helping ensure order, fulfillment, and inventory metrics are accurate and available to the business.
• Serve as functional owner for MAO’s integration boundaries with S/4 (orders, status, returns, sourcing info, inventory, delivery changes), 3PL WMS (proof of delivery), and payment platforms, including token-on-order payment patterns.
• Maintain a clear system-of-record map across MAO and integrated platforms; author Manhattan roadmap requests where a gap is better solved by the vendor than by custom build.
• Build and execute test scenarios, support data and order migration, and provide go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support as escalation point for production MAO incidents.

• 5+ years in order management and omnichannel systems analysis with direct hands-on Manhattan Active Omni experience in both DOM and EOM.
• Demonstrated ownership of MAO configuration, including sourcing, availability/ATP, orchestration, fulfillment, and returns in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Experience with MAO extensions and SCI reporting.
• Strong grasp of OMS integration patterns, including REST/OData APIs and event-driven flows.
• Strong understanding of the omnichannel payment lifecycle, including authorization, capture, settlement, and tokenization.
• Ability to make and defend build-versus-configure decisions to both technical workstreams and executive stakeholders.

Desired:

• MAO integration experience with SAP S/4HANA and a major ecommerce or POS platform; Shopify experience a plus.
• Furniture, big-ticket, or made-to-order retail experience including configurable products, long lead times, and final-mile delivery.
• 3PL final-mile and proof-of-delivery-driven revenue recognition exposure.
• Large replatform program experience with formal governance, including RAID logs, tollgates, and scope registers.
• Familiarity with Adyen or a comparable payment platform.
