Windows Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Windows and infrastructure issues
• Support Windows Server and desktop environments
• Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft technologies
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, migrations, and general infrastructure projects
• Troubleshoot networking, permissions, authentication, and connectivity issues
• Document work clearly and communicate directly with technical teams and customers

• Strong hands-on Windows administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience beyond traditional Tier 1/help desk support
• Solid Active Directory and Microsoft ecosystem knowledge
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and own technical issues through resolution
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• MSP, consulting, or multi-client experience is a strong plus
• PowerShell, Azure/Entra ID, VMware, or Hyper-V experience is a plus
