Requirements

7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Data Validation
Strong hands-on experience in Python development and automation testing
Strong expertise in DB2 SQL and database validation
Data migration, ETL, data warehouse, reporting, and risk management testing
Source-to-target data validation and reconciliation
Data quality and integrity testing
Enterprise, regulatory, and risk reporting validation
Python-based automation framework development
QA strategy, test planning, test execution, and release sign-off
CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
Experience with Copilot and AI tools for testing productivity
ETL pipeline, data warehouse, batch process, and reporting validation
TDD and OOP concepts
Enterprise databases including DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server
Agile methodology and QA best practices
Defect triage, risk assessment, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Technical leadership and mentoring of QA engineers

Preferred Experience:

Experience leading QA activities for enterprise data migration and reporting initiatives
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Experience with continuous testing practices
Experience validating financial, regulatory, and risk reporting applications
Experience driving QA automation adoption and continuous improvement
Experience collaborating with Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders
Experience defining validation frameworks and quality standards
Experience monitoring test execution and reporting quality metrics
Experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
