Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks using Python. Define and maintain API automation test strategies for banking applications. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test coverage. Review test cases and automation scripts developed by team members. Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive defect resolution with development teams. Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Skill: QA Automation Lead (Python & API Testing) Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Strong experience in QA Automation Testing with at least 10 years of overall testing experience. Hands-on experience in Python Automation Framework Development. Strong expertise in API Testing using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Postman, and automation tools. Experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or Playwright. Strong knowledge of API validation, data verification, and backend testing.
