• Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
• Design secure Experience Cloud solutions using External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing models.
• Develop high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for LWR.
• Implement personalized user experiences using Salesforce CMS and Audience Targeting.
• Build scalable workflows using Apex and Headless Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver unified customer experiences.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Salesforce Developer
• Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX)
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce architecture
• REST/SOAP API integration experience
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment strategies
