Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), LWR, Aura, Apex, integrations, security, and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development capabilities with architectural leadership. This role will be responsible for designing scalable Experience Cloud solutions, developing high-performance user experiences, integrating Salesforce with external platforms, and establishing secure and reliable deployment practices., 1. Architectural Design & Strategy

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Evaluate and select between LWR and Aura templates based on performance, scalability, SEO, and business requirements.

• Design robust security and identity architectures using: *

• External Identity
• SSO
• Account Relationship Data Sharing
• Apex Managed Sharing
• Define governance standards, development practices, and architectural patterns for Experience Cloud.
• Establish effective branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata deployments.

1. Technical Development & Hands-on Leadership * Develop modular, scalable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a focus on LWR-based implementations. * Build responsive and user-friendly Experience Cloud functionality. * Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to support personalized customer experiences. * Design and implement sophisticated automation using Salesforce Flows, Headless Flows, and asynchronous Apex. * Develop solutions capable of handling high-volume transactions from external users. * Ensure all development follows Salesforce best practices and governor-limit considerations.

2. Data & AI Integration * Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles and enable a 360-degree customer experience. * Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including: *

• ERP platforms
• AWS
• Marketing Cloud
• Other enterprise applications
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement secure integrations using Named Credentials and appropriate Salesforce security mechanisms.
• Support data synchronization, transformation, and integration troubleshooting.

1. Leadership & Mentorship * Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards. * Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant with Salesforce governor limits. * Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and implementation plans. * Develop and communicate technical roadmaps to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders. * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and other technical teams.

• Candidate must be able to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.

• Hybrid position: 4 days remote, with local/Phoenix presence required., * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience with LWR and Aura.
• Advanced Apex development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows / Headless Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce CMS and Audience Targeting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Experience with SSO and External Identity.
• Experience with Data Cloud and customer 360 implementations.
• Strong experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Named Credentials.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, AWS, ERP systems, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, branching strategies, and Salesforce metadata deployments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and scalable architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Experience architecting large-scale external-user Salesforce communities.
• Experience with high-volume Experience Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and automated deployment frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working with government or public-sector clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills., The ideal candidate is a senior-level Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead who can work across architecture and hands-on development. They should have deep Experience Cloud expertise, strong LWC/Apex skills, experience with LWR, integrations and security, and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
