Temporary HR Systems Assistant

• Process HR transactions related to employment changes
• Help research records related to employee inquiries
• Respond to support requests related to employee data
• Identify and escalate inquiries to Systems Team colleagues as required
• Assist with employee data monitoring for accuracy through pre-delivered reporting
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:

• High School Diploma or 2 years administrative experience
• Experience maintaining employee information within an HRIS application preferred (ADP preferred)
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Suite

We are seeking a Temporary HR Systems Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, temporary position, is anticipated to be scheduled up to 40 hours per week and last through June of 2027. Work hours will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM - 5PM Eastern. This opportunity is available for candidates residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA.
