Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U BPEM Exception Management Functional SME with strong experience in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP IS-U and hands-on experience with BPEM exception management, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving business process exceptions and clarification cases. Responsibilities Serve as a functional SME for SAP IS-U BPEM and Exception Management. Configure, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve BPEM cases and business process exceptions. Work with clarification cases and related exception-management processes. Support SAP IS-U business processes including billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service. Gather and translate utility business requirements into effective SAP IS-U solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams. Requirements

15+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP IS-U. Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U BPEM / Business Process Exception Management. Strong understanding of exception management and clarification cases. Experience with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing. Knowledge of IS-U Device Management and Customer Service processes. Strong utilities industry experience. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills. Ability to work independently in a functional SME capacity. Work Authorization US Citizens and Green Card Holders only. W2 employment required.
