EPIC Applications Analyst system analyst

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT or Epic EMR, with at least 3 years of experience as an Epic EMR analyst
• Responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Epic EMR systems across an organization
• Leads system design and optimization projects to improve system functionality and end-user efficiency
• Provides input in system policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify system needs and develop solutions
• Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for end-users
• Provides guidance and support as needed to other analysts
• Monitor system performance and conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and security
• Execute tasks with little to no supervision required (Independent with little to no support)
• Ability to mentor junior analysts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Virtual Meeting Tools (Zoom, Teams, Go-To)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or clinical certifications (i.e. LVN, MA, OTR etc.) is desired
• Healthcare or equivalent experience desired.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Epic ambulatory Certification required, NVT 2026, + A bachelor’s degree in healthcare is required; Epic Ambulatory application build and support experience is required.
