Job description
The Technical Solutions Specialist will support the deployment and startup of OneCore, SmartRun2, and AI-ready data center infrastructure solutions. This role serves as the technical bridge between Engineering, Product Management, Deployment, Service, and customers, ensuring successful implementation of complex power systems while driving customer satisfaction, startup quality, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, customer-facing experience, technical expertise in power infrastructure (or thermal systems), and hands-on troubleshooting capabilities, including remote technical support and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout deployment and commissioning activities.

Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, startup, and operational readiness efforts.

Troubleshoot complex issues involving power systems, controls, PLCs, monitoring platforms, communications, and system integration.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Services to resolve deployment challenges and improve startup success.

Support executive customer engagements and critical project escalations while ensuring successful project execution.

Develop and improve startup procedures, troubleshooting guides, deployment documentation, and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing deployment time, improving system reliability, and minimizing field escalations.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Data Center Engineering, or related technical field.

5+ years of experience supporting, commissioning, troubleshooting, or deploying mission-critical power infrastructure.

Strong understanding of power systems including UPS, switchgear, PDUs, STS, busway, BESS, DC power, generators, and electrical distribution.

Experience troubleshooting complex electrical, controls, software, networking, and integrated systems issues.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships and lead technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience supporting FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, or deployment activities. * Experience supporting hyperscale, AI, modular, or mission-critical data center environments.

Knowledge of PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and communications protocols.

Background in integrated power or thermal infrastructure solutions.

Experience leading customer escalations, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $140-170k + 10-15% Bonuses
