IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of computer systems.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities:\n\tTroubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner \n\tSupport software applications, including KINDL system\n\tHandle incident and service requests using ticketing system (INTRA)\n\tSupport users with login, password resets, and access issues \n\tMonitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently\n________________________________________\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\tBasic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting \n\tFamiliarity with Windows operating systems and common applications \n\tExperience with ticketing systems is a plus \n\tGood problem-solving and communication skills \n\tAbility to work independently and in a team environment \n________________________________________\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\tAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field\n\t2+ years of IT Support experience \n\tExperience with Active Directory and enterprise systems\n\tFamiliarity with security and access control processes, n\t\t\t\t\t
