Job description

  • Lead delivery of Agentic Commerce workstreams where Agentic AI is embedded into real-world platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, composable/MACH stacks)
  • Contribute to Accenture Song’s Agentic Commerce engineering standards, accelerators, and reusable assets
  • Own delivery of solution components and workstreams-from design through build, rollout, and value realization
  • Work with global clients across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C commerce
  • Grow and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams across AI, backend, cloud, and commerce platforms

What you will do in this role

As a Manager in Customer Technology - Commerce, you will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and well integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems.

Commerce & Platform Delivery

  • Apply and extend Agentic Commerce architecture patterns across composable and platform-led commerce implementations
  • Translate AI-driven commerce designs into executable build plans aligned to Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH ecosystems
  • Drive prototype-to-production efforts, embedding agentic workflows into live commerce environments

Architecture & Engineering

  • Design modular, reusable agent frameworks integrated with commerce engines, APIs, and backend services
  • Apply enterprise-grade standards for scalability, security, observability, and reliability of agentic systems
  • Contribute to build vs. buy evaluations across LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, vector stores, and AI infrastructure

Delivery & Execution

  • Manage engineering and delivery pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps
  • Implement CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and Kubernetes-based scaling on Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Deliver integration with CRM, CDP, payments, order management, pricing, and fulfillment systems

Governance, Risk & Value Realization

  • Implement policy-driven architecture including governance, compliance, auditability, and explainability
  • Track technical and business KPIs measuring agent performance, conversion uplift, operational efficiency, and ROI
  • Operate human-in-the-loop and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve agent effectiveness

Market & Practice Growth

  • Contribute to industry-specific POVs, demos, and proposal assets for Agentic Commerce implementations
  • Build and enhance internal accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components
  • Engage senior client stakeholders, translating architectures into delivery outcomes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms with experience in:
  • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or composable/MACH stacks)
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI capabilities integrated into production systems
  • Strong knowledge of API-led, microservices-based architectures supporting distributed commerce systems
  • Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory into enterprise platforms
  • Industry expertise in CMT Industry, * Proven success delivering prototype-to-production work with CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps
  • Experience applying enterprise governance frameworks for AI-driven systems
  • Solid understanding of observability, performance benchmarking, and AI evaluation frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills-able to present designs and delivery plans to senior stakeholders
  • Track record of contributing to reusable assets and practice capabilities
