Job description

Multiple insurers and banks already use our solution to digitise their product offering with smoother customer journeys while keeping strong risk management.

What you can expect

You will join our engineering team as a frontend engineer. Your main responsibility will be to bring our product work to life in our Vue applications.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain complex Vue web applications.
  • Build clear, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, product stakeholders, and design/UX contributors.
  • Help translate product requirements into practical frontend solutions.
  • Improve user flows for internal users, bank agents, and real-estate experts.
  • Contribute to frontend quality, maintainability, and testing practices.
  • Ask the product questions needed to build the right thing, not only the requested thing.

Requirements

You are an experienced frontend developer who enjoys turning product ideas into polished, reliable web applications? You like working close to users, product, design, and backend engineers - not just receiving tickets and writing code?, * You have solid experience with Vue and Typescript.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with reactive JavaScript frameworks.
  • You have experience building and maintaining complex Vue applications with modular components.
  • You care about product quality and user experience.
  • You can reason about user flows and requirements, not only implement tickets.
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate well with backend engineers, product/design stakeholders, and other frontend engineers, and are a strong team fit.
  • You can work from imperfect requirements and ask good clarifying questions.
  • You are based in Western/Central Europe, and proximity to Brussels is a strong plus.

Nice to have

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Quasar or similar Vue component frameworks.
  • TanStack Query or similar API/query management libraries.
  • Cypress or other frontend/E2E testing tools.
  • Leaflet or other mapping frameworks.
  • Three.js or other 3D/web visualisation frameworks.
  • Evidence of thoughtful product/UX trade-off decisions in previous work.
  • FinTech, InsurTech, PropTech, GIS, or data-heavy products.

Benefits & conditions

  • An opportunity to join a dynamic team where FinTech, InsurTech, and PropTech meet.
  • A role with real product impact and close collaboration with experienced engineers.
  • An environment where you are trusted to take responsibility and make things happen.
  • A company culture where we put employees first.
  • Flexible work schedule with room for part-time remote work.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
