  • Lead proof-of-concept development, prototyping and solution demonstrations.
  • Champion Agile/Product development practices, code quality and test-driven development.
  • Review technical designs and code produced by colleagues, providing mentoring and technical leadership.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned to organisational standards.

  • Proven experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Experience building and supporting solutions within Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, platform architecture and application design.
  • Experience of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with technologies such as SharePoint, Sitecore, K2 or Xamarin would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll get in return

  • Opportunity to shape and influence a major Dynamics 365 and digital transformation programme.
  • Exposure to modern Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform.
  • Collaborative and supportive technology environment.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
  • Excellent learning, development and career progression opportunities.
