Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Software Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to join a large and progressive organisation undertaking a significant digital transformation programme. Working within a highly collaborative Digital and Technology function, you will take a leading role in the design, development and integration of business-critical applications, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services and enterprise integrations. You will help shape technical solutions, provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable and user-focused digital services. Your new role Lead the design, development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and associated integrations. Deliver scalable applications and enterprise solutions across the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and Microsoft 365. Design and implement robust APIs and integrations, integration, platform architecture and application design. Experience of Agile software development methodologies. Knowledge of Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, would be advantageous. Experience working with technologies such as SharePoint, Sitecore, K2 or Xamarin would be beneficial. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
