User Experience Designer

• Own End-to-end UX design, and to support it.
• Bring Visual and Interaction Consistency Across the Platform, along with creating and owning a design system.
• Ship the UI per the Design System & Brand guidelines, while maintaining high standards in the visual aesthetics and modern design.
• Conduct user prototype testing and incorporate research findings into designs.
• Be responsible to deliver on agreed timelines, to make sure we keep releasing quicker than the market.
• Transfer the knowledge of solutions in detail to the Development Team.

Someone with attention to detail, who understands our users and their technology interface usage patterns the best in the organization. One who can provide simple solutions to complex information architectures and user flows., * Would love and have experienced the best of experiences around us.

• Would know why a good UX is incomplete without a good UI.
• Should know of commonly used processes across industries, across different types of verticals like sales, marketing, production, and more.
• Excellent with Written & Verbal Communication Skills. and be able to articulate thoughts and vision.
• Understanding of UX principles, Usability, Deeper Understanding of Interface patterns.
• Great with pencil sketches to quickly present ideas.
• Having a Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in UX / Interaction Design / HCI would be preferred.
