Job description

  • Planung und Implementierung der Integration und Migration zwischen HCM On-Premise-Systemen und SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll)
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Analyse, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung bestehender HR-Prozesse in Deutschland
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu angrenzenden HR- und IT-Systemen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Payrollprozesse in der SAP Private Cloud inkl. Customizing, Fehleranalyse, Support im laufenden Betrieb

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SAP HCM inkl. Customizing
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich PY oder SuccessFactors ECP
  • Kenntnisse in Schemen und Regeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse
