- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
- Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HR-Landschaft
- Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen SAP-Projekten
- Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
- Analyse und Lösung technischer sowie prozessualer Herausforderungen
Requirements
- Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Gute Kenntnisse moderner Cloud- und SAP-HR-Landschaften
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
