Job description

  • leisten vor Ort Support für Windows Clientbetriebssysteme, Drucker, Netzwerkkomponenten und Telekommunikationsendgeräte
  • lokalisieren und beheben Fehler direkt beim Anwender
  • bearbeiten Serviceanfragen auf Basis von Tickets, im Rahmen von IMAC sowie als Hands and Eyes Support

Requirements

  • gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware, darunter PCs, Notebooks, Drucker und IP-Telefonie
  • versierter Umgang mit gängiger Standardsoftware wie O365 und Adobe
  • vorhandene Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld, insbesondere beim Patching
  • erste praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung eines Ticketsystems
  • Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
