Job description

  • Entgegennahme von Kundenmeldungen bei technischen Störungen und Anwendungsproblemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche und Fehlerbeseitigung remote und vor Ort
  • Konfiguration und Installation von PCs, Workstations und Peripheriegeräten
  • Installation und Verteilung von Software

Requirements

  • erste Erfahrung im Vor-Ort-Service
  • Kenntnisse in Windows Betriebssystemen, im MS Office Umfeld sowie idealerweise in der Nutzung von Ticketsystemen
  • Hardwarekenntnisse
  • wünschenswert: Führerschein Klasse B
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
