Job description

Develop automation on ServiceNow Ansible platform
Implement infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
Support system integration, deployment, and operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & participate in Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, hardware/software issues
Ensure compliance, monitor performance, and support LAN/WAN/network security
