Consultant - MDM Solutions and Domain Masters

• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data transformation

• Experience with MDM projects involving:

• Product Master
• Customer Master
• Supplier Master
• Manufacturing and/or Retail industry experience

• Hands-on or project exposure to one or more MDM platforms:

• SAP MDG
• Oracle MDM
• Informatica MDM
• Stibo
• Syndigo

• Strong knowledge of one or more Domain Masters:

• Product
• Customer
• Supplier
• Operations
• People
• Ability to apply MDM frameworks during the discovery phase
• Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality strategies
• Experience with Project Management
• Ability to provide MDM subject matter expertise in client engagements
• Experience advising clients on best-of-breed MDM process and technology solutions
• Experience shaping solution approaches, architecture, and design
• Experience with delivery oversight, governance, and large-scale transformation programs
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on business value realization
• Experience providing Program Management leadership or guidance
• Ability to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformation initiatives
• Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work with Program and Business Leadership stakeholders
• Strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving mindset

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
