- 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data transformation

Experience with MDM projects involving:
- Product Master
- Customer Master
- Supplier Master
- Manufacturing and/or Retail industry experience

Hands-on or project exposure to one or more MDM platforms:
- SAP MDG
- Oracle MDM
- Informatica MDM
- Stibo
- Syndigo

Strong knowledge of one or more Domain Masters:
- Product
- Customer
- Supplier
- Operations
- People
- Ability to apply MDM frameworks during the discovery phase
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality strategies
- Experience with Project Management
- Ability to provide MDM subject matter expertise in client engagements
- Experience advising clients on best-of-breed MDM process and technology solutions
- Experience shaping solution approaches, architecture, and design
- Experience with delivery oversight, governance, and large-scale transformation programs
- Strong consulting skills with a focus on business value realization
- Experience providing Program Management leadership or guidance
- Ability to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformation initiatives
- Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with Program and Business Leadership stakeholders
- Strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving mindset

- Experience engaging with senior executives and business leadership

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
