Monitor and support WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity

Troubleshoot network, server, and communication system issues

Implement infrastructure updates, patches, and upgrades

Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and inventories

Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations

Enterprise network and server administration experience

Expertise with TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and switching

Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience supporting end users and remote environments

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience

• CCNP or advanced networking certifications

• Microsoft infrastructure or cloud certifications
