Summary: Seeking an experienced AI professional to drive enterprise-grade generative and agentic AI architectures for our pharma client. Translate complex business use cases into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge machine learning capabilities. Description - Programmer/Analyst - AI Focus:

• Design and implement enterprise AI architecture, including multi-agent systems and RAG-based chatbots.
• Build advanced forecasting, recommendation systems, and natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
• Translate business use cases into scalable, production-ready AI solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Leverage modern GenAI and Agentic frameworks to deploy robust cloud-based applications.

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience across diverse business domains.
• Hands-on expertise with GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and MCP.
• Working knowledge of vector databases hosted on AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Proven ability to operate as an independent worker in an onsite environment 3-4 days per week.
