Job description

Concordant LLC is looking for a highly motivated Senior .NET Developer to serve as a technical project lead on a results-driven web application development team. You will lead delivery of large-scale, mission-critical software systems while mentoring engineers and collaborating across stakeholder groups. This is a hybrid contract role requiring on-site presence in Columbia, SC three days per week. Candidates must currently reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate prior to start at their own expense., Design, implement, and debug complex web application subsystems and components using a modern Microsoft stack

  • Interact with software engineers, technical leaders, and stakeholders to define specifications, APIs, and architecture decisions
  • Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in test sessions on test and production servers
  • Manage source control, build systems, and technical infrastructure via TFS
  • Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise across the team
  • Lead delivery of new registration, interview, and eligibility systems within an Economic Services re-engineering initiative

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 7+ years independently designing and implementing medium-to-large-scale software systems using .NET architectures

  • 5+ years building data-driven applications with MS SQL Server
  • 5+ years building N-tier, scalable, web-based software systems with complex security models
  • 2+ years of hands-on Angular experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, PrimeNG, and Entity Framework
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Must reside in South Carolina or relocate prior to start date at candidate’s expense, Experience with social services eligibility applications (SNAP, TANF) system design and development
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Microsoft certification on the development track
