IT Technician

• Repair and troubleshoot laptops and desktop computers
• Replace hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other hardware components
• Perform whole-unit computer swaps
• Repair or replace PC peripherals
• Travel to assigned customer locations throughout the metro area
• Update and close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone

• 1+ year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid car insurance
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
• Computer building experience preferred
• Must be able to pass required background/security clearances, if applicable
