Job description

  • Support enterprise infrastructure and endpoint management solutions that ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
  • Optimization of MDM platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, supporting Windows, macOS and iOS.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of MDM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, proof of concept, migration planning, deployment, testing, documentation, and ongoing operational support.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications while managing the complete application lifecycle across managed endpoints.
  • Implement and support zero-touch device provisioning using Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based End User Computing solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies, Citrix, Omnissa, and IGEL.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, deployment procedures, and infrastructure architecture diagrams.
  • Automate endpoint management, software deployment, and system administration using PowerShell and other scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend infrastructure improvements, and support technology lifecycle management to align with business objectives.
  • Partner with vendors and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise technologies.
  • Participate in change management, disaster recovery planning, production support, and on-call rotations to maintain highly available and secure infrastructure services.
  • Develop single and multi-discipline infrastructure architecture to address business requirements, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability for new infrastructure or significant enhancements to existing technical solutions.
  • Apply technical assistance in design, development, implementation and management of infrastructure.
  • Work with technical staff to understand and resolve complex infrastructure issues where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various environments.
  • Lead Analyst in planning of infrastructure updates, testing, and validation.
  • Design a comprehensive documentation repository and infrastructure.
  • Provide work leadership and training to engineers.
  • Be responsible for evaluating infrastructure life cycle.
  • Support solution evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.
  • Perform various engineering tests to validate product designs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and vendors to gather requirements.
  • Ensure that production schedules are followed, and solutions meet business and quality requirements.
  • Engage with and maintains vendor relationships.
  • On-call may be required.

Requirements

  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced infrastructure design skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Expert in multiple computing disciplines such as operating systems, virtualization, networking or cloud services.
  • Expert knowledge in at least one scripting language.
  • Expert understanding of the first 3 ISO layers such as: VLAN Trunking, Routing protocols, spanning tree, cabling standards, or other networking technologies.
  • Expert understanding of security concepts such as: DMZ, firewalls, threat protection or packet inspection services.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five years’ experience in a healthcare or IT setting.
  • Certification specific to technologies supported

Position Pay Range: $54.24-$78.66/hour
