Isp Data Migration Specialist/Application Support

• Support, maintain, configure or develop applications to meet and/or exceed agreed service levels where required by a line manager or a Senior ISP.
• Follow service management processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the service, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Use agreed IT service management tools to accurately capture data relating to ITIL processes.
• Ensure service-related documentation is accurate and relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and investigate problems in systems and services throughout the organisation.
• Maintain an understanding of advances in the relevant technology environment and deliver expert advice on how new technology can be implemented to improve service delivery.
• Where required, supervise specialist external technical consultancy.

• Support, maintain, configure or develop applications to meet service levels where required., We are recruiting for an Isp Data Migration Specialist/Application Support role based in Bradford, offering up to £600.00 per day. We work within a social care and local government technology environment, and experience with system migrations in this area is highly desirable. • Experience of working on Social Care system migrations is highly desirable, particularly involving TPP SystmOne, System C Liquidlogic LAS (Adults System), or other local government social care applications.
