PC Field Technician

• Possess a customer-centric attitude while maintaining a high customer service satisfaction rating.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair POS devices, peripherals, units and networks at the customer site.
• Identify, analyze, and repair hardware, software and network failures.
• Hardware, software and network installation services.
• On-call emergency support service when needed.
• Provide customer service on the phone and in person.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance best practices.
• Manage company inventory of parts required to maintain customer equipment, as well as a company vehicle.

Experience should include CAT-5 cable, PC build, PC break/fix and knowledge of MS technologies., * Be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to apply critical thinking and customer service mindset to make quick decisions independently.
• At least one year of experience in the hardware and software break/fix and repair.
• Self-motivated individuals that have the discipline to work on their own with minimal follow up.
• Ability to listen and communicate with the customers and Help Desk regarding the service call.
• Inventory management skills.
• Ability to do minor construction type work such has drilling holes and mounting brackets.
• Availability to run service calls during business hours, nights and weekends.
• Clean background , DMV record, and drug screen., * Driver’s License (Required)
