WMS Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead enterprise architecture, solution design, and technical standards across a large-scale data modernization initiative. This individual will play a critical role in defining the future-state data ecosystem, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams while enabling scalable, secure, and business-driven data solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong “data as a product” mindset, understands how data supports operational decision-making, and can design architecture that remains effective regardless of cloud platform or technology stack., * Define and govern enterprise data architecture across program workstreams.

• Develop scalable, cloud-agnostic data architecture patterns and standards.
• Create future-state data models and integration strategies supporting modernization efforts.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align architecture with strategic objectives.
• Ensure consistency in data governance, security, quality, stewardship, and ownership practices.
• Advise cross-functional teams on architecture decisions, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
• Drive architectural reviews and technical design decisions throughout delivery.

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data warehousing, data integration, and analytics architectures.
• Demonstrated experience designing data solutions within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations environments.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, design thinking, and data product concepts.
• Experience supporting data governance, MDM, data quality, and security initiatives.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, JDA, Blue Yonder, etc.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills. - Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Oracle Database and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, JDA, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience supporting analytics platforms such as Power BI.
