Data Advisor/Technical Lead

We are seeking a Data Advisor / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across a strategic data modernization program. This role will serve as the bridge between architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution of technical standards while enabling enterprise technology integration and alignment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and can guide engineering teams through complex modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across data engineering and data modernization initiatives.
• Support enterprise architecture alignment and integration strategies.
• Translate architectural vision into actionable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and product teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Establish technical standards and oversee solution quality.
• Support data governance, MDM, security, stewardship, and data quality initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts and integration frameworks.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with WMS platforms including Manhattan, JDA, or Blue Yonder
• Knowledge of modern data governance and data management practices. - Python development experience.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Power BI environments.
