- Keeping projects, vendors, and stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Effectively bridging the gap between technical teams and business partners.
- Taking ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

- Serve as the primary contact for external vendors and contractors, managing ongoing relationships and performance expectations.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward successfully.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and outside partners to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
- Monitor contracts, invoices, project spending, and vendor commitments while identifying potential risks or delays.
- Lead status meetings, track action items, maintain project documentation, and provide updates to leadership.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, vendor management, IT operations, or a related business support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating meetings and providing clear status updates.
- Working knowledge of technology environments, software projects, infrastructure concepts, or related IT terminology.
- Experience reviewing contracts, statements of work, budgets, invoices, and vendor agreements.
- Familiarity with project management tools, ticketing systems, and the ability to proactively drive tasks through completion.
